मोदी 10 बार भी पीएम बन जाएं नहीं हटा पाएंगे

जम्‍मू-कश्‍मीर के पूर्व मुख्‍यमंत्री फारूख अब्‍दुल्‍ला ने प्रदेश को विशेष राज्‍य का दर्जा देने वाले अनुच्‍छेद-370 पर हो रही राजनीति को हवा दे दी है. फारूख ने मोदी और बीजेपी के बयानों पर जवाब देते हुए कहा है कि नरेंद्र मोदी 10 बार भी देश के प्रधानमंत्री बन जाएं तो भी वह 370 नहीं हटा पाएंगे.

इससे पूर्व रविवार को जम्‍मू रैली के दौरान नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा था कि जम्मू-कश्मीर को विशेष दर्जा देने वाले अनुच्छेद-370 से राज्य को फायदा हुआ या नहीं इस पर चर्चा होनी चाहिए. बीजेपी अध्यक्ष राजनाथ सिंह भी कह चुके हैं कि अगर अनुच्छेद-370 लाभदायक साबित हुआ तब उनकी पार्टी इसका समर्थन करेगी. मोदी की टिप्पणी को 370 को रद्द करने पर बीजेपी के रुख में नरमी के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है. वहीं, मामले को लेकर फारूख अब्‍दुल्‍ला ने कहा, 'मोदी अपनी मर्जी से बोलते हैं. बीजेपी ने अब तक इस संबंध में कोई चर्चा नहीं की है. वह जिन चर्चाओं की बात कर रहे हैं वह सिर्फ लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाने के लिए कहा जा रहा है.'

मोदी पहले पार्टी और संघ में चर्चा कर लें: दिग्विजय
सोमवार को दिनभर विभिन्‍न दलों और विचारों से जुड़े लोगों ने 370 के मुद्दे पर बयानबाजी की. कांग्रेस के वरिष्‍ठ नेता दिग्विजय सिंह ने कहा, 'मैं मोदी को गंभीरता से नहीं लेता. उन्‍हें पहले अपनी पार्टी और संघ से इस बारे में चर्चा कर लेनी चाहिए. अनुच्‍छेद पर हमारा मत स्‍प्‍ष्‍ट है कि इस पर कोई भी कानून संसद में ही बन सकता है.' दिग्विजय सिंह ने आगे कहा, 'हमें उम्‍मीद है कि हम जल्‍द ही इस मामले को सुलझा लेंगे. इस पर कैबिनेट में चर्चा की जाएगी. तेलंगाना मामला भी लगभग समाप्ति पर है.'

भाजपा अनुच्छेद 370 पर पलट रही है: तिवारी
सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री मनीष तिवारी ने बीजेपी पर अपने रूख से पलटने का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि विपक्षी पार्टी ने 2004 के लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए जारी किए दृष्टिपत्र में अनुच्छेद 370 को खत्म करने का कोई जिक्र नहीं किया था. इसमें इसके अस्तित्व को मान्यता दी गई थी. वहीं, 2013 में वे दोहरा मानदंड अपनाना चाहते हैं. उन्होंने ट्विटर पर लिखा है कि क्या 370 पर पलट जाना वाजपेयी जी और आडवाणी जी की विरासत में ताबूत की आखिरी कील है? वेंकैया जी, जिन्होंने दृष्टिपत्र पर हस्ताक्षर किया था उन्हें इस यूटर्न पर स्पष्टीकरण देना चाहिए.

देश में दो संविधान नहीं हो सकते: विहिप
मोदी द्वारा बीजेपी के रुख को नरम करने के प्रयासों को परोक्ष रूप से अस्वीकार करते हुए विहिप ने जोर दिया कि एक देश में दो संविधान नहीं हो सकते. विहिप के अंतरराष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रवीण तोगड़िया ने कहा कि अनुच्छेद 370 जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य को अपना अलग संविधान रखने की अनुमति देता है. यह भारत के अंदर एक अलग देश होने की धारणा के समान है. इसे किसी भी कीमत पर स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता और इस अनुच्छेद को हटाया जाना चाहिए.

370 पर रूबरू हो बहस करें मोदी: सोज
अनुच्छेद 370 को 'संविधान का अभिन्न' अंग बताते हुए जम्मू-कश्मीर कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष सैफुद्दीन सोज ने आज कहा कि इसमें संशोधन नहीं हो सकता. उन्होंने नरेन्द्र मोदी को इस मुद्दे पर उनसे रूबरू होकर बहस करने की भी चुनौती दी है.

पनून कश्मीर ने किया मोदी का समर्थन किया
दूसरी ओर, विस्थापित कश्मीरी पंडितों के संगठन पनून कश्मीर ने अनुच्छेद 370 पर बहस कराने के नरेन्द्र मोदी के सुझाव का समर्थन किया है. पनून कश्मीर के अध्यक्ष अश्वनी चरूंगू ने सोमवार को कहा, 'हमारे संगठन के राजनीतिक मामलों की समिति ने अनुच्छेद 370 पर बहस को लेकर मोदी के बयान का स्वागत किया है. हम इसकी कड़ी वकालत करते हैं.' चरूंगू ने कहा कि यह स्पष्ट करने की जरूरत है कि अनुच्छेद 370 भारत के संविधान में अस्थाई प्रावधान है जिसे कभी भी स्थाई कानून नहीं बनाया जाना था.

Details of the event:

-Sansrod is a village in Karjan taluka of Vadodara district in central Gujarat. It is located next to national highway no.8. This Muslim dominated village has around 10,000 population. Village sarpanch is Muslim.

-On Id-Ul-Zuha(Bakr Eid) day (Wednesday, 16th October 2013) Shinor police’s ASI Bhupendrasinh Gumansinh was in Karjan where Karjan CPI(Circle Police Inspector) Vala received information about slaughter of cows. The information was passed on by wellknown local animal right activist Jatin Vyas.

-A team of police visited Sansrod to raid the place where slaughter was being carried out. When police team reached, two deadbodies of calves were lying there, photos of which are published in some Gujarati newspapers today.

-Four butchers were caught red-handed. Later police involved itself in panchnama procedure.

-According to head constable/driver Bhagvangiri Shankargiri, suddenly there was a voice like a siren from the mosque. Soon a large mob of over 200 Muslims gathered there. Some of them were possessing sharp weapons.

-Bhupendrasinh was attacked with sharp weapon on his chest and back, and was also beaten up with bamboo stick.

-Other police men were injured in heavy stone pelting.

-PSI Sagar fired two rounds in air. 22 tear gas shells were lobbed.

-Muslims snatched PSI Sagar’s revolver and threw it to rain water channel. A JCB excavator machine was employed on urgent basis to recover revolver. After hours of efforts, revolver was found out.

-Police men FD Solanki, Rajendrasinh Lallubhai and Jesingbhai and Vanraj Bharwad ran away and had shelter in one house owned by local Hindu Vasantbhai Bhatt. Muslims surrounded the house from all sides and refused policemen to allow to leave. This situation continued for three hours.

-District police chief and other senior police officials got the details of the incident and rushed to the village, but choose to camp outside the village at Hindustan Petroleum pump on national highway no.8. District Collector, DySP and others also rushed to the the petrol pump.

-One police man abducted by villagers escaped successfully. He managed to get basic medical treatment nearby and reached petrol pump.

-At petrol pump, District police chief called local Muslim leaders one-by-one to talk about release of abducted policemen.

-Local Muslim leaders Altaf Yakul Saleh, Sarpanch Abbasbhai Asodwala and Babu Bavla made condition that they would free the abducted cops only in exchange of release of four butchers arrested from the village. The DSP clearly told Muslims, “this is not Kashmir. If you wish to kill abducted policemen, go ahead, we will do what we need to do, but culprits will not be released.”

-After 12.00 the three police men were released and taken to petrol pump in police vehicle. They said they were not harmed during abduction.

-According to a report in local newspaper, 200 strong mob gathered to attack the police men only after an announcement from mosque. Women were kept on front side. Police was first attacked with chilly powder, and later with stones.

-Those arrested are Ismael Ahmed Limdawala, Harukh Mohammadhussain Bau Diwan, Abdul Ibrahim Limdawala, Mayuddin Umarji Ghanina.

-Muslims torched one police jeep.

-Muslim teenagers blocked a road connecting to the village by putting a tree and a bullock cart to prevent police’s entry.

-Police has filed complaint against a mob of 100-124 persons. More than 39 were identified within ours.

-All 100-125 are now facing charged under sections 307, 326, 395, 397, 353, 186, 332, 333, 224, 427, 428, 429, 435, 201.

नई दिल्ली। अप्रैल 7, 2013। छोटी-छोटी बातों पर संवैधानिक अधिकारों व मानवाधिकारों के उल्लंघन की दुहाई देने वाले राजनेता, मानवाधिकार वादी व समाज सेवी पता नहीं कहां चले जाते हैं जब हिन्दुओं के उत्पीडन व उनके मानवाधिकारों के गंभीर उल्लंघन की घटनाएं होती है। पाकिस्तान में मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथियों द्वारा हिन्दुओं के साथ कैसा बर्ताव किया जा रहा है यह किसी से छुपा नहीं है। विहिप दिल्ली के उपाध्यक्ष श्री महावीर प्रसाद गुप्ता ने आज कहा है कि पाकिस्तानी कट्टरपंथियों से अपना धर्म व जान बचाकर भारत में शरण लेने आए 480 हिन्दुओं की सहायता या नागरिक सुविधाओं की बात तो दूर केन्द्र या दिल्ली सरकार का कोई भी प्रतिनिधि आज तक जिहादी दरिंदों के सताए इन लोगों के हाल चाल तक पूछने नहीं पहुंचा है। शायद इसलिए कि वे हिन्दू हैं! और तो और, विश्व हिन्दू परिषद व दिल्ली की अन्य हिन्दू वादी संगठनों के अलावा, एक भी राजनेता, तथाकथित समाज सेवी या मानवाधिकार वादी संगठन उनके पास तक नहीं फटका है। वीसा की अवधि आज(8/4/13) को समाप्त होने जा रही है किन्तु कहीं से कोई राहत की खबर नहीं है।

विहिप दिल्ली के मीडिया प्रमुख श्री विनोद बंसल ने बताया कि पाकिस्तान से आए 480 हिन्दुओं के एक माह के वीसा की अवधि आज समाप्त होने जा रही है किन्तु किसी भी सरकारी या गैर सरकारी विभाग से कोई राहत की खबर नहीं है। इस सम्बन्ध में पिछले माह (मार्च) में ही भारत के राष्ट्रपति, प्रधान मंत्री, गृह मंत्री, विदेश मंत्री, कानून मंत्री, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल व मुख्यमंत्री के साथ सभी संबन्धित सरकारी विभागों सहित भारत व संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ के मानवाधिकार आयोगों को भी पत्र भेजा जा चुका है किन्तु आज तक किसी के पास न तो इन पाक पीडितों का दर्द सुनने की फ़ुर्सत है और न ही किसी ऐसी कार्यवाही की जो पाकिस्तानी दरिंदगी पर अंकुश लगा सके। इन 480 लोगों में से एक छ: माह की अबोध बालिका तो भारत आने के बाद गत तीन अप्रैल को इस दुनिया से विदा ले चुकी। अब इस जत्थे में सिर्फ़ 479 ही बचे हैं। यूं तो विश्व हिन्दू परिषद, बजरंग दल, हिन्दू महा सभा, हिन्दू सेना, शिव सेना, आर्य समाज इत्यादि संगठनों के कार्यकर्ता समाज सेवी श्री नाहर सिंह द्वारा बनाए गए पाक शरणार्थी शिविर में पीडितों की मदद के लिए लगे ही हैं किन्तु क्या किसी मानवाधिकार आयोग या सरकार का कोई प्रतिनिधि भी उन लोगों की आवाज को सुनेगा जिन्होंने देश छोडा लेकिन स्वधर्म नहीं छोडा। विश्व हिन्दू परिषद दक्षिणी दिल्ली के मंत्री श्री विजय गुप्ता ने हिन्दू समाज से अपील की है कि वे अखण्ड भारत के अपने जिगर के इन टुकडों की सहायता हेतु आगे आएं तथा इनकी रोजमर्रा की जरूरतों यथा भोजन, राशन, दवाइयां, बर्तन इत्यादि की पूर्ति हेतु 09212376123, 09210110863 या 09212126309 मोबाइल नम्बरों पर संपर्क करें या 16, अम्बेडकर कालोनी बिजवासन, नई दिल्ली-110 061 के पते पर भेजें

हिन्दू धर्म किसी व्यक्ति विशेष द्वारा स्थापित किया गया नहीं है। यह पुराने समय से चले आ रहे अलग-अलग मतों और आस्थाओं से मिलकर बना है। समय के साथ-साथ इस धर्म में ऐसे नए विश्वास और मत जुड़ते गए, जो समय की कसौटी पर खरे थे। इसलिए ही हिन्दू धर्म को एक विकासशील धर्म कहा जाता है। हिन्दू धर्म के मूल तत्वों में सत्य, अहिंसा, दया, क्षमा और दान मुख्य हैं और इन सबका विशेष महत्त्व है। इसलिए अपने मन, वचन और कर्म से हिंसा से दूर रहने वाले मनुष्य को हिन्दू कहा गया है। हिन्दू धर्म का इतिहास वेदकाल से भी पहले का माना गया है और वेदों की रचना 4500 ई।पू। शुरू हुई। हिन्दू इतिहास ग्रंथ महाभारत और पुराणों में मनु (जिसे धरती का पहला मानव कहा गया है) का उल्लेख किया गया है। पुराणों के अनुसार हिन्दू धर्म सृष्टि के साथ ही पैदा हुआ। पुराना और विशाल होने के चलते इसे ‘सनातन धर्म’ के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।

हिन्दू समाज गायत्री मंत्र को ईश्वर की आराधना के लिए सबसे बड़ा मंत्र मानता है जो इस प्रकार है- ॐ भूर्भुव: स्व: तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो न: प्रचोदयात् । (भावानुवाद) ओम् ईश अनादि अनंत हरे । जीवन का आधार स्वयंभू सबमें प्राण भरे । जिसका ध्यान दुखों को हरता दुख से स्वयं परे । विविध रूप जग में व्यापक प्रभु धारण सकल करे । जो उत्पन्न जगत को करके सब ऐश्वर्य भरे । शुद्ध स्वरूप ब्रह्म अविनाशी का मन वरण करे । दिव्य गुणों से आपूरित जो सुख का सृजन करे । वह जगदीश्वर बुद्धि हमारी प्रेरित सुपथ करे ।संसार में हिन्दू धर्म ही ऐसा है जो ईश्वर या परमात्मा को स्त्रीवाचक शब्दों जैसे सरस्वती माता, दुर्गा माता, काली मैया, लक्ष्मी माता से भी संबोधित करता है । वही हमारा पिता है, वही हमारी माता है (त्वमेव माता च पिता त्वमेव) । हम कहते हैं राधे-कृष्ण, सीता-राम अर्थात् स्त्रीवाचक शब्द का प्रयोग पहले । भारतभूमि भारतमाता है । पशुओं में भी गाय गो माता है किन्तु बैल पिता नहीं है । हिन्दुओं में ‘ओम् जय जगदीश हरे’ या ‘ॐ नम: शिवाय’ का जितना उद्घोष होता है उतना ही ‘जय माता की’ का भी । स्त्रीत्व को अत्यधिक आदर प्रदान करना हिन्दू जीवन पद्धति के महत्त्वपूर्ण मूल्यों में से एक है । कहा गया है :- यत्र नार्यस्तु पू..ब्रह्माण्ड का जो भी स्वरूप है वही ब्रह्म का रूप या शरीर है । वह अनादि है, अनन्त है । जैसे प्राण का शरीर में निवास है वैसे ही ब्रह्म का अपने शरीर या ब्रह्माण्ड में निवास है । वह कण-कण में व्याप्त है, अक्षर है, अविनाशी है, अगम है, अगोचर है, शाश्वत है । ब्रह्म के प्रकट होने के चार स्तर हैं - ब्रह्म, ईश्वर, हिरण्यगर्भ एवं विराट (विराज) । भौतिक संसार विराट है, बुद्धि का संसार हिरण्यगर्भ है, मन का संसार श्वर है तथा सर्वव्यापी चेतना का संसार ब्रह्म है । ‘सत्यं ज्ञानमनन्तं ब्रह्म’ अर्थात् ब्रह्म सत्य और अनन्त ज्ञान-स्वरूप है । इस विश्वातीत रूप में वह उपाधियों से रहित होकर निर्गुण ब्रह्म या परब्रह्म कह.

पुत्र , मित्र, सगे सम्बन्धी साधुओं को देखकर दूर भागते है, लेकिन जो लोग साधुओं का अनुशरण करते है उनमे भक्ति जागृत होती है और उनके उस पुण्य से उनका सारा कुल धन्य हो जाता है . Offspring, friends and relatives flee from a devotee of the Lord: yet those who follow him bring merit to their families through their devotion.

जैसे मछली दृष्टी से, कछुआ ध्यान देकर और पंछी स्पर्श करके अपने बच्चो को पालते है, वैसे ही संतजन पुरुषों की संगती मनुष्य का पालन पोषण करती है. Fish, tortoises, and birds bring up their young by means of sight, attention and touch; so do saintly men afford protection to their associates by the same means.

जब आपका शरीर स्वस्थ है और आपके नियंत्रण में है उसी समय आत्मसाक्षात्कार का उपाय कर लेना चाहिए क्योंकि मृत्यु हो जाने के बाद कोई कुछ नहीं कर सकता है. As long as your body is healthy and under control and death is distant, try to save your soul; when death is imminent what can you do?

विद्या अर्जन करना यह एक कामधेनु के समान है जो हर मौसम में अमृत प्रदान करती है. वह विदेश में  माता के समान रक्षक अवं हितकारी होती है. इसीलिए विद्या को एक गुप्त धन कहा जाता है. Learning is like a cow of desire. It, like her, yields in all seasons. Like a mother, it feeds you on your journey. Therefore learning is a hidden treasure.

सैकड़ों गुणरहित पुत्रों से अच्छा एक गुणी पुत्र है क्योंकि एक चन्द्रमा ही रात्रि के अन्धकार को भगाता है, असंख्य तारे यह काम नहीं करते. A single son endowed with good qualities is far better than a hundred devoid of them. For the moon, though one, dispels the darkness, which the stars, though numerous, cannot.

एक ऐसा बालक जो जन्मते वक़्त मृत था, एक मुर्ख दीर्घायु बालक से बेहतर है. पहला बालक तो एक क्षण के लिए दुःख देता है, दूसरा बालक उसके माँ बाप को जिंदगी भर दुःख की अग्नि में जलाता है. A stillborn son is superior to a foolish son endowed with a long life. The first causes grief for but a moment while the latter like a blazing fire consumes his parents in grief for life.

निम्नलिखित बाते व्यक्ति को बिना आग के ही जलाती है... १. एक छोटे गाव में बसना जहा रहने की सुविधाए उपलब्ध नहीं. २. एक ऐसे व्यक्ति के यहाँ नौकरी करना जो नीच कुल में पैदा हुआ है. ३. अस्वास्थय्वर्धक भोजन का सेवन करना. ४. जिसकी पत्नी हरदम गुस्से में होती है. ५. जिसको मुर्ख पुत्र है. ६. जिसकी पुत्री विधवा हो गयी है. Residing in a small village devoid of proper living facilities, serving a person born of a low family, unwholesome food, a frowning wife, a foolish son, and a widowed daughter burn the body without fire.

वह गाय किस काम की जो ना तो दूध देती है ना तो बच्चे को जन्म देती है. उसी प्रकार उस बच्चे का जन्म किस काम का जो ना ही विद्वान हुआ ना ही भगवान् का भक्त हुआ. What good is a cow that neither gives milk nor conceives? Similarly, what is the value of the birth of a son if he becomes neither learned nor a pure devotee of the Lord?

जब व्यक्ति जीवन के दुःख से झुलसता है उसे निम्नलिखित ही सहारा देते है... १. पुत्र और पुत्री २. पत्नी ३. भगवान् के भक्त. When one is consumed by the sorrows of life, three things give him relief: offspring, a wife, and the company of the Lord's devotees.

यह बाते एक बार ही होनी चाहिए.. १. राजा का बोलना. २. बिद्वान व्यक्ति का बोलना. ३. लड़की का ब्याहना. Kings speak for once, men of learning once, and the daughter is given in marriage once. All these things happen once and only once.

जब आप तप करते है तो अकेले करे. अभ्यास करते है तो दुसरे के साथ करे. गायन करते है तो तीन लोग करे. कृषि चार लोग करे. युद्ध अनेक लोग मिलकर करे. Religious austerities should be practiced alone, study by two, and singing by three. A journey should be undertaken by four, agriculture by five, and war by many together.

वही अच्छी पत्नी है जो शुचिपूर्ण है, पारंगत है, शुद्ध है, पति को प्रसन्न करने वाली है और सत्यवादी है. She is a true wife who is clean (suci), expert, chaste, pleasing to the husband, and truthful.

जिस व्यक्ति के पुत्र नहीं है उसका घर उजाड़ है. जिसे कोई सम्बन्धी नहीं है उसकी सभी दिशाए उजाड़ है. मुर्ख व्यक्ति का ह्रदय उजाड़ है. निर्धन व्यक्ति का सब कुछ उजाड़ है. The house of a childless person is a void, all directions are void to one who has no relatives, the heart of a fool is also void, but to a poverty-stricken man all is void.

जिस अध्यात्मिक सीख का आचरण नहीं किया जाता वह जहर है. जिसका पेट ख़राब है उसके लिए भोजन जहर है. निर्धन व्यक्ति के लिए लोगो का किसी सामाजिक या व्यक्तिगत कार्यक्रम में एकत्र होना जहर है. Scriptural lessons not put into practice are poison; a meal is poison to him who suffers from indigestion; a social gathering is poison to a poverty-stricken person; and a young wife is poison to an aged man.

जिस व्यक्ति के पास धर्म और दया नहीं है उसे दूर करो. जिस गुरु के पास अध्यात्मिक ज्ञान नहीं है उसे दूर करो. जिस पत्नी के चेहरे पर हरदम घृणा है उसे दूर करो. जिन रिश्तेदारों के पास प्रेम नहीं उन्हें दूर करो. That man who is without religion and mercy should be rejected. A guru without spiritual knowledge should be rejected. The wife with an offensive face should be given up, and so should relatives who are without affection.

सतत भ्रमण करना व्यक्ति को बूढ़ा बना देता है. यदि घोड़े को हरदम बांध कर रखते है तो वह बूढा हो जाता है. यदि स्त्री उसके पति के साथ प्रणय नहीं करती हो तो बुढी हो जाती है. धुप में रखने से कपडे पुराने हो जाते है. Constant travel brings old age upon a man; a horse becomes old by being constantly tied up; lack of sexual contact with her husband brings old age upon a woman; and garments become old through being left in the sun.

इन बातो को बार बार गौर करे... सही समय सही मित्र सही ठिकाना पैसे कमाने के सही साधन पैसे खर्चा करने के सही तरीके आपके उर्जा स्रोत. Consider again and again the following: the right time, the right friends, the right place, the right means of income, the right ways of spending, and from whom you derive your power.

द्विज अग्नि में भगवान् देखते है. भक्तो के ह्रदय में परमात्मा का वास होता है. जो अल्प मति के लोग है वो मूर्ति में भगवान् देखते है. लेकिन जो व्यापक दृष्टी रखने वाले लोग है, वो यह जानते है की भगवान सर्व व्यापी है. For the twice born the fire (Agni) is a representative of God. The Supreme Lord resides in the heart of His devotees. Those of average intelligence (alpa-buddhi or kanista-adhikari) see God only in His sri-murti, but those of broad vision see the Supreme Lord everywhere.

चीन के आगे भारत घुटने टेकने को तैयार: अरुणाचल के बदले अक्साई चिन देने पर राजी ??

क्या चीन के आगे भारत घुटने टेकने को तैयार है? यह सवाल इसलिए उठा है क्योंकि भारत का विदेश मंत्रालय अरुणाचल प्रदेश को लेकर चीन के दबाव के झुकता नजर आ रहा है।

विदेश मंत्रालय अरुणाचल प्रदेश को भारत के हिस्से के तौर पर चीन की मान्यता दिलवाने के लिए इतना छटपटा रहा है कि उसने इसके बदले अक्साई चिन पर भारत का दावा छोड़ने के संकेत दिए हैं। इसका मतलब यह हुआ है कि अगर चीन अरुणाचल प्रदेश पर अपना दावा छोड़ दे तो भारत अक्साई चिन पर ऐसा ही करने को सैद्धांतिक तौर पर तैयार हो रहा है। लेकिन यह फॉर्मूला अभी विदेश मंत्रालय की मेज पर ही है और सरकार के शीर्ष लोगों ने इस पर मंथन नहीं शुरू किया है। 

अरुणाचल प्रदेश पर चीन लंबे समय से नजर गड़ाए हुए है और इसी क्षेत्र को लेकर भारत पर दबाव बनाता रहा है। भारत औपचारिक तौर पर तो यह कहता रहा है कि भारत अपनी जमीन छोड़ने को किसी कीमत पर तैयार नहीं है। लेकिन सूत्र बताते हैं कि बंद दरवाजों के पीछे समझौते की मेज पर भारत ने चीन से कह दिया है कि वह जैसी स्थिति है, वैसी ही रहने देने को तैयार है। इसका मतलब यह हुआ कि अरुणाचल प्रदेश के 90 हजार वर्ग किलोमीटर इलाके पर चीन अपना दावा छोड़ दे और भारत जम्मू-कश्मीर के 38 हजार वर्ग किलोमीटर इलाके पर अपना दावा छोड़ दे। जम्मू-कश्मीर के लद्दाख क्षेत्र में इसी इलाके अक्साई चिन कहा जाता है। यह क्षेत्र तब से विवाद में है जब से पाकिस्तान ने इस पर गैरकानूनी तरीके से कब्जा कर लिया था और उसे 1963 में चीन को सौंप दिया था।

Bajrang Dal Vrindavan Workshop हिन्दू धर्म किसी व्यक्ति विशेष द्वारा स्थापित किया गया नहीं है। यह पुराने समय से चले आ रहे अलग-अलग मतों और आस्थाओं से मिलकर बना है। समय के साथ-साथ इस धर्म में ऐसे नए विश्वास और मत जुड़ते गए, जो समय की कसौटी पर खरे थे। इसलिए ही हिन्दू धर्म को एक विकासशील धर्म कहा जाता है। हिन्दू धर्म के मूल तत्वों में सत्य, अहिंसा, दया, क्षमा और दान मुख्य हैं और इन सबका विशेष महत्त्व है। इसलिए अपने मन, वचन और कर्म से हिंसा से दूर रहने वाले मनुष्य को हिन्दू कहा गया है। हिन्दू धर्म का इतिहास वेदकाल से भी पहले का माना गया है और वेदों की रचना 4500 ई।पू। शुरू हुई। हिन्दू इतिहास ग्रंथ महाभारत और पुराणों में मनु (जिसे धरती का पहला मानव कहा गया है) का उल्लेख किया गया है। पुराणों के अनुसार हिन्दू धर्म सृष्टि के साथ ही पैदा हुआ। पुराना और विशाल होने के चलते इसे ‘सनातन धर्म’ के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। हिन्दू समाज गायत्री मंत्र को ईश्वर की आराधना के लिए सबसे बड़ा मंत्र मानता है जो इस प्रकार है- ॐ भूर्भुव: स्व: तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो न: प्रचोदयात् । (भावानुवाद) ओम् ईश अनादि अनंत हरे । जीवन का आधार स्वयंभू सबमें प्राण भरे । जिसका ध्यान दुखों को हरता दुख से स्वयं परे । विविध रूप जग में व्यापक प्रभु धारण सकल करे । जो उत्पन्न जगत को करके सब ऐश्वर्य भरे । शुद्ध स्वरूप ब्रह्म अविनाशी का मन वरण करे । दिव्य गुणों से आपूरित जो सुख का सृजन करे । वह जगदीश्वर बुद्धि हमारी प्रेरित सुपथ करे ।

Bajrang Dal Vrindavan Workshop हिन्दू धर्म किसी व्यक्ति विशेष द्वारा स्थापित किया गया नहीं है। यह पुराने समय से चले आ रहे अलग-अलग मतों और आस्थाओं से मिलकर बना है। समय के साथ-साथ इस धर्म में ऐसे नए विश्वास और मत जुड़ते गए, जो समय की कसौटी पर खरे थे। इसलिए ही हिन्दू धर्म को एक विकासशील धर्म कहा जाता है। हिन्दू धर्म के मूल तत्वों में सत्य, अहिंसा, दया, क्षमा और दान मुख्य हैं और इन सबका विशेष महत्त्व है। इसलिए अपने मन, वचन और कर्म से हिंसा से दूर रहने वाले मनुष्य को हिन्दू कहा गया है। हिन्दू धर्म का इतिहास वेदकाल से भी पहले का माना गया है और वेदों की रचना 4500 ई।पू। शुरू हुई। हिन्दू इतिहास ग्रंथ महाभारत और पुराणों में मनु (जिसे धरती का पहला मानव कहा गया है) का उल्लेख किया गया है। पुराणों के अनुसार हिन्दू धर्म सृष्टि के साथ ही पैदा हुआ। पुराना और विशाल होने के चलते इसे ‘सनातन धर्म’ के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।

increased Islamic terrorism, Bajrang Dal

naturally wanted to contribute

 in correcting this situation. An

 Akhil Bharteeya Work-Shop 

was organised at Vrindavan, U.

P. in the month of March 2000.

Many learned people and experts

came there to guide the Bajrang Dal Karyakartas.

 Some very useful suggestions to increase the public involvement in giving information to the concerned Government Agencies were given. As most of the time the Islamic terrorist organisations are seen to be targeting general innocent people gathered at public places, certain ways were suggested. It was decided that Bajrang Dal should constitute public security committees at places like Railway Stations, Bus Stands, markets, schools, colleges, famous Temples and hotels where people gather naturally. As has been indicated in many newspaper reports, before an attack the Islamic terrorist organisations always send their terrorists to these places to gather information and plan the attack. Local supporters of these terrorists help them do these things. The locally constituted public security committees will keep watch at such vulnerable places for such suspicious movements. And then they will be reported to the Government Agencies. It is thought that such a system of advance information from the patriotic people of the society will help in preventing many future tragedies and loss of innocent human life and property.

Bajarang Dal Samyojak Sammelan :2003

An Akhil Bharatiya Sammelan of Bajarang Dal District Conveners was held at Nagpur on 24-29 December 2003. All the provinces in the country had their representation in the Sammelan. A total of 693 karyakartas attended the Sammelan. From over 385 Districts, Dist level Karyakartas had arrived for the Sammelan. Mainly Gau-Raksha, expansion of the organisation, training of the Karyakartas at various level were the issues that were taken up for discussion. An Akhil Bharateeya Sampark program was given to meet the youths to acquaint them of Bajrang Dal activities. In this program 13 Lakhs new youths joined Bajrang Dal all over Bharat.

Bajrang Dal and Other Religions

Now, Bajrang Dal has its units in all the states in India. More than 5 Lakh active workers of Bajrang Dal are devoted to the service of Mother India and Hindu Dharma. Their motto is “Seva, Suraksha, Sanskar” (Service, Security, and Embellishment). Bajrang Dal has proved as a security ring of Hindu Society. Whenever there is an attack on Hindu Society, Faith and Religion, the workers of Bajrang Dal come forward for their rescue. Hindu Society and its faith are being kicked and insulted by various forces for the last fourteen hundred years. Demolitions of more than 3,000 temples, fraudulent or forceful conversion of crores of Hindus were the main tactics of these forces. Bajrang Dal endeavors to put up resistance by democratic means against these forces. It is however observed that of late the anti-Hindu forces are increasingly getting involved in a hate campaign against Bajrang Dal to malign its image. Bajrang Dal is not against any religion. It acknowledges respecting the faith of other people, but expects and asserts for similar respect of the Hindu Sentiments. As a Hindu, Bajrang Dal believes in validity of All Religions and Respect for all human beings, irrespective of caste, colour, and religion (Aatmasvat Sarva Bhuteshu). For this purpose Bajrang Dal has undertaken various public-awakening campaigns. In any case, it does not believe in violence, and any unlawful activity.

Cow Protection Agitation

Hindus respect cow as their sacred mother. But some people in Bharat, unfortunately, claim slaughter of cow as a part of their religious rituals without caring for the sentiments of their Hindu brethren, rather to hurt their feelings. Most of the states in India have laws prohibiting cow slaughter and Supreme Court too has declared that cow slaughter can not be the religious right of any religion. Even then this crime is freely committed simply to hurt Hindu feelings. Bajarang Dal saved more than 1,50,000 cows in the year 1996-97. Thus Bajarangis are in fact trying to help respective State Governments in the implementation of their Cow Protection Laws, as awakened citizens of democratic Bharat. Bajarang Dal strongly opposes those who violate the laws of land by slaughtering cow.All over the country, every year now Bajarang Dal saves more than 1,50,000 Gau Vansha.

Amarnath Pilgrimage

Our ancient pilgrimage “Amar Nath Yatra” was on the verge of closure because of threatening from Kashmiri Islamic Jihad terrorist. Hindu pilgrims were attacked many times. In 1995, only 400 odd pilgrims went for the Yatra. There was a fear that due to Islamic terrorism the yatra may stop. But no one was daring to speak against those militants. In this situation, in 1996, Bajarang Dal made a call to all the youth in the country to come for the Yatra. More than 2,50,000 pilgrims including over 75,000 Bajarang Dal workers reached Jammu for this Yatra! The Govt had to make special arrangement for this Yatra and the militants were pushed back. Our endeavors revived the prestige of our Holy Amar Nath pilgrimage, and as courageous Citizens of Bharat the Bajarangis challenged the Islamic Terrorism. Yearly, the number of pilgrims going to the Yatra has increased to over 8 lakhs now!

Budha Amarnath Yatra

In year 2005, it was decided to increase the activity in Jammu -Kashmir state. Mainly looking at the difficulties Hindus were facing in the Northwest border area of Bharat in the Jammu Division, it was decided to encourage a Yatra that was going on there for a long time. Bajarang Dal gave a call to its karyakartas to come join this Budha Amarnath yatra that was near the district place of Poonch in the northwest corner of Bharat, just about 2 kms away from the border. Bajarang Dal karyakartas (workers) started coming in thousands of numbers for the yatra which would pass through Rajoury, Sunderbani and Poonch area, which are some of the most sensitive areas as far as the Islamic terrorist activity & infiltration across the border are concerned. In first year, there were 3 attacks on the Budha Amarnath Yatra. The Army did a splendid job of tackling the terrorists. This new yatra electrified the Hindus staying in this area. It also started benefiting them financially. Since then more and more people are coming for this Yatra. In Poonch district , only 7% Hindus remain now. This Yatra has increased their resolve to stay there and also the yatra has united them more. Last year in 2007, over one lakh pilgrims went for the yatra in this remote, endangered corner of Bharat!

Bajrang Dal and Service to Down Trodden

Bajarang Dal has mobilized thousands of youth of the country for social service activities for the benefit of our Scheduled Tribes and Schedule Castes brethren. We have enthused idealism in the youth of the country to devote their life in the service of the down trodden. Bajarang Dal has been launching character building campaign too. Hundreds of young men are devoting their life as whole-timers for the service of down trodden. In the field of social service, Bajarang Dal workers are also running various free coaching centers and Sanskar Kendras. Bajarang Dal also helps the organizers of several social and religious functions by providing selfless workers to take the responsibility of arrangement of their functions. Vocational Training centers, anti-drugs & anti- drinking campaigns, medical camps, blood donation camps are run by Bajarang Dal.

‘Christians cannot face Islamic anger. They consider Hindus a soft target’ – Amberish K Diwanji

Dr Surendra Jain was the all-India convener of the Bajrang Dal, the militant Hindu outfit that is closely linked to the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and which stands accused of being behind the murder of Graham Stuart Stains. The Australia-born missionary, who worked with leprosy patients in Orissa, was burnt alive in his jeep, along with his two children aged 10 and six. The Bajrang Dal chief stoutly denies the involvement of his organisation or any of its members in the murder of Stains, or in any of the recent incidents of violence against Christians.

Excerpts from an interview with Amberish K Diwanji.

Your organisation is linked to the Stains murder. How do you react?George Fernandes and other Cabinet members visited Keonjhar (the district in Orissa, where the missionary was murdered) to investigate the matter. Their report, released yesterday, categorically stated that no Hindu organisation was involved. The prime accused, Dara Singh, is closely associated with Jaidev Jena, Orissa minister for mass education from the Congress party. Dara Singh too has been associated with the Congress for the past 10 years. The Bajrang Dal has no organisational set-up in Keonjhar. From the day of the murder, we have been demanding that some high authorities should investigate the unfortunate incident and that the maximum punishment must be meted out to the culprits. We consider the unfortunate incident a blot on humanity. The Bajrang Dal does not believe in violence. If we did, many would have been killed, but we have never asked our people to kill anyone.

Are you saying you are totally peaceful?

The Bajrang Dal is a mass organisation and a mass organisation cannot depend on the policy of killing. Even when Mulayam Singh Yadav killed so many kar sevaks on November 2, 1990, during the shilanyas puja, we never sought revenge. The Bajrang Dal is assertive, not militant. We raise movement to create public opinion. If your are as innocent as you claim, why is your outfit’s name involved? Unfortunately, the media and certain pseudo-secular parties have put the Bajrang Dal in the dock. There is no evidence that the Bajrang Dal or any of its allies are involved in the incident and we demand that those who accused us should apologise to us. In all these accusations, right from the Jhabua nuns rape case, there has been false propaganda against us. And yet, in all these incidents, it was later established that neither the Bajrang Dal nor its allies were involved. We have had no hand in any such crimes. For instance, in the Jhabua case, those arrested for the rape are Christians who are close to a Congress leader. No one was linked to the Bajrang Dal. Similarly, in Gujarat, the first reaction of the media and the pseudo-secular parties was to blame the Bajrang Dal. No one tried to verify the facts. It is the rule of justice that before one makes an accusation, one should have at least a prima facie case. Yet, this rule was never applied to us. And, in Orissa, the first reaction of the missionaries and others was that Hindu fundamentalist organisations were behind the unfortunate incident.

Yet there must be a good reason for your outfit to always be the primary suspect?

I feel there are two reasons for this. The first is to defame the Bharatiya Janata Party and to destabilise the BJP-led coalition government. This has gone to a ridiculous extent. For instance, when the Ranvir Sena killed some villagers, the first reaction of everyone was that those behind the incidents of Gujarat and Orissa must be behind the killings. Laloo Yadav even demanded the BJP’s resignation! I think there are attempts to separate the BJP and its allies. Even the US too is against the BJP ever since the Pokhran nuclear tests. The US wants to destabilise the central government so that a more pliable government comes to power. The second reason is that there is an international conspiracy behind defaming the Hindu parties. ‘

What international conspiracy? Any proof of this so-called conspiracy?

I have no proof at present but I have seen the documents that I am about to mention. In November 1995, there was a meeting in Colorado Sprints, USA, where Christian leaders from 77 countries met to chalk out a programme to evangelise the whole world. The project was named ‘Joshua 2000′. At the meeting, the leaders drew up a list of countries where they felt that their activities needed more effort. And unluckily, India was on the top of the list. The links are thus very clear as far as India is concerned. Then a circular was issued to the missionaries, called the ‘Mission Mandate’ (I could not get a copy of the circular but I have seen it) where it was written that 900,000 churches must be built in India by 2001. India has only 500,000 villages. Also, where will the Christians get the money to build these 900,000 churches? Most of the Christians in India are poor, usually scheduled caste and tribe people. Obviously they will get the money from their foreign masters.

You say that none of your people are involved in any of the recent incidents. Then what explains the violence, the persistent reports of the Bajrang Dal’s involvement?

Bajarang Dal completes 25 years!!

Shri Ram Janmabhumi agitation gave the Hindu society an organization like Bajarang Dal which was dedicated to the cause of Hindutva. From 8th October, 2008 Bajarang Dal will celebrate its 25th year of formation. As part of the celebrations a massive inauguration programme will be organized in Ayodhya in the month of October, 2008. Starting from this, a massive expansion programme in terms enrolment drive of sympathizers ( minimum of 25 lakh sympathizers) as well as appointments of Bajarang Dal Samyojakas will be taken up in lakhs of villages. From January to April 2009, province wise big conferences will be organized all over Bharat. In the months of May and June 2009, training camps will be organized in all the provinces of Bharat in which thousands of chosen workers will take part. In the months of September- October 2009, Bajarang Dal will take up a massive public awakening programme in all the 938 districts of Bharat to acquaint Hindus with the issues of Islamic terrorism, infiltration by Bangladeshi Muslims and religious conversion of Hindus by the Christian Church. In the month of December, 2009, district wise training camps in allthe 938 districts will be organized.
