The frenzy ‘Kiss Crusaders’ have been convinced somehow that ‘locking the lip’ with strawberry flavour or  ‘wet and suck’ method in roads and over the camera can lessen the risk of Ebola!

Some wanton boys and girls of rich people with insane mentality and vulgar attitude have came to the road with a very destructive ideas and diabolical propaganda. They are mainly from universities and Educational Institutions instigated by ultra left or suppressed SIMI link.

The whole propaganda of  ‘Kiss Of Love’ is designed to counter the strong wave  against ‘Love Jihad’ which recently lowered down the free mixing and aggravated attitude of Muslims and Non Hindus with Hindu girl students in Educational campus and in society too.

In Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and in some other states, Hindu girls are now very much cautious to mix with non-Hindu friends as they have been victimized  under ‘Love Jihad’ in many cases as revealed recently. To break this dead-lock situation the ‘Kiss Crusaders’ are trying to restore the space of “Love Jihad’ by saying their ‘rights’ of kiss in bus, tram, train, public places, school, colleges, universities, open streets, parks, RSS offices and why not  into Mosques.

The kiss maroons started from Kochi, Kerala; then went to Hyderabad, AP; Kolkata, WB and finally reached the National Capital Delhi for showing their strength of Lip locking.

The capital tried to embrace ‘Kiss Of Love’, but massive police presence and counter protests by pro-Hindu groups on Saturday (8 Nov 2014) made the going not so easy for the protesters against alleged moral policing.

The matter was felt critical when the Kiss Crusaders picked up their venue at RSS State HQ of Delhi at  Jhandewalan. Why they do prefer RSS Office as a venue of Kiss of Love’? Why do they prefer only Hind Girls to Kiss? Why the don’t choose a venue at any Mosque or don’t want to kiss a Muslim girl publicly?

Without answering anything, over five dozen protesters, mostly from Jawaharlal Nehru University and Delhi University, gathered outside the Jhandewalan metro station to take part in the event spearheaded by a group of Facebook users.

Police barricades foiled the supporters plan to march towards the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters at Jhandewalan in Central Delhi.

But, they held hands, cuddled in public and even kissed. But when a couple was spotted kissing, they were roughed up by the counter protesters from a right-wing group called Hindu Sena.

“Why are we being stopped? The whole idea is to promote love and peace. Those who are getting into confrontation mode aren’t being stopped,” Vipin Krishna, a JNU student, said.

The movement snowballed after activists from all over Kerala decided to protest against alleged moral policing by fundamentalist groups by organising a public-kissing campaign on November 2. Organisers of the Delhi chapter said they chose the venue near the RSS because the right wing outfits have been denying them public spaces to express their affection.

Heavy police presence outside the metro station thwarted their attempts to march towards the RSS office.

And when they succeeded, police barricades blocked their way. The police said they had orders to arrest those who tried to get past.

The public-kissing event caused traffic jams as marchers clogged the road leading to the RSS office. But they shrunk into huddles and sang love songs whenever charged upon by police or counter protesters.

“Come embrace, hold, shake hands, give high fives… and kiss. They take away our cafes, our pubs, our parks, our galis and mohallas and tell us this is no place to kiss. Let’s go to Jhandewala where the grand office of RSS is located and register our protest,” said the Facebook group of Delhi chapter.

Once, Imam Bukhri of Delhi Jama Mosque issued a fatwa against wearing Bikini by women. But, no advocates of this #KissOfLove, or no propagators of  ‘Kiss of Love’ in JNU and DU  went to run a bikini parade in front of Jama Masjid!

Beware these kiss fanatics who are saying “My Body – My Right”.  This is a début to destroy the social texture of major practice of Indian people matched in an traditional temperament. These fanatics may claim their next rights of slut walk, nude dance, open drinking of alcohol, sex in the park or doing anything intolerable to others as “My Body – My Right”. They are creating a social nuisance under a conspiracy of revival of ‘Love Jihad’ through a campaign of  ‘Kiss Of Love’. This programme of ‘Kiss Of Love’ is not meant for any public interest and secluded to some individuals. Govt. must be tactful to check the odd situations.

And, we must identify all SIMI and Ultra leftist brains behind these condemnable affairs and to crush those heads creating all such chaos invariably to victimize Hindu girls and women ultimately.

Muslims are not in need of any reason for rioting, beheading, killing and burning alive of Infidels. It is in Islam’s history and by nature, all Islamists are brutal, and aggressive.  Through out the 1400 years of Islamic history, everything Muslims  have touched have been marred with Al-Taqyiea (lying) wars, plunder, looting, destroying culture, invasion, tyranny, massacre and Jihad terror. Islam has destroyed all traditional faiths, peaceful religious practices, harmony, peace, coexistence, and higher transcendental learning. Omar the cruel disciple of Mohammad has said, “burn all libraries in the world, everything is in the Koran”. The murderous converted Muslims have burned all libraries in Alexandria, Egypt, Persia, Syria including the world’s largest University and libraries in Nalanda and Takshasila. Original; ethical concepts, peaceful living, harmony, religious tolerance have been destroyed by force, Empathy, love, morality and harmony among people and Islamic Mullahs  have been twisted morality and peaceful living into Jihad and hatred.

India, the peaceful country has no history of attacking other nations or destroying any cultures. But Islamic invaders and Jihad warriors have brutally killed more than 80 million innocent Hindus. Islam was successful in forcefully converting millions of Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and Janis, Jews and Christians. And Islamic rulers in any  country were involved in assassination, mass murder, and stoning alive all Infidels. The Islamic rule in India was the most darkest and the most ridiculous page in the history of India. Understanding the true nature Of  Islam and taking appropriate actions against Jihadi mass murder,  will save millions of innocent people and establish peace, harmony, religious tolerance, and coexistence in the world. Muslims consider Islam as a complete and completed religion. The real fact is that Islam is an Arab Imperialist dogma, which is dangerous, rigid and instigate Muslims all over the world for establishing Dar-Ul-Islam through Jihad terrorism and rioting,. The current roots against Americans and innocent Infidels is not because Hollywood made a real picture of Mohammad or misinterpreting cruel Islamic doctrine. But creating disturbances and killing infidels is what is required for all Muslims.

To prevent such Islamic butchering, tragedies and tyranny recurring again, each one of us would reflect on our innermost thoughts and critically examine our concepts of tolerance, compromise and appeasement of Jihadis.

The Jihadi warriors practice Al-Taquiea for promoting violent Islam. Those who are deceived (phony liberals, Peace activists, paid agents of the Media) must see the real nature of Islam, clearly, purge from Islamic spirits, extricate their minds from and free Jihadis from the shackles of Islamic terror. We peace loving , liberty appreciating, free democratic people must abandon our illusions about Islam. We need a new era, a new future. Our Children and grand children must live in peace, harmony in a democratic country. We have to oppose by all means the savage Islamists.

Muslims must  resort to democratic means and employ humanitarian intervventin against any grievances they may have on infidels. Even the long history of negect and exploitation of Islamic rulers may have forced Muslims to use more drastic terroristsic means against infidels.Even a long history of neglect on the part of Islamic tyrants and savage leaders does not permit Jihadis to resort to unconventional terrosim against infidels.

Another argument of Islamists is that we are misinterpreting Islamic verses. No, we are interpreting Koran as it is. Muslim’s irrational claim has no merit. There is no justification and merit in Islamic riots and mass killing if innocent diplomats and innocent infidels. There is no excuse , and we have to expose the hypocrasyof Islamists and the statements issued by Mullahs. These Islamistswho riots without any reason are criminal thinkers who act without reason, guilt, remorse or empathy for the innocent infidel victims.  Islamists are free to do dangerous mass murder because infidel countries have failed to intervene effectively to spread of Islamic shackles.

It is true, however, that we often lack the courage to corner, contain these savage Islamic terrorists . Where is our moral posture . We would do better, if we apply a force continum to save humanity from Islamic mass murderers.

Discarding such mandatory conversion into Islam for a bride belonging to non-Muslim community for a wedlock with a Muslim groom, Saif-Kareena match violated the Allah’s Law. Now, the case is going to be charged as a clear Blasphemy.

The Islamic seminary located in Deoband, a town in Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, said,”Kareena did not convert to Islam before her marriage with Saif. Islam does not approve of such marriages”.  “Airing a name of ‘Nikaahnama’, such a Anti-Islamic  marriage activities cannot be approved anyway. Kareena may be blessed only, when she will adopt Islam as early as possible”, said an aged cleric once a student of Darul-uloom Deoband. The general Muslim people in India are also not satisfied as Kareena did not accept Islam before marriage. They think that Kareena will accept Islam in the long run and will help the increase of Islam by giving birth sweet son like able Saif, who have already contributed two Muslim children to Muslim Ummah – Ibrahim and Farah, through Amrita Singh. Mashallah!

“According to the Muslim laws, since Kapoor has not converted to Islam, this marriage is anti-Islam,” said Habibur Rahman, a senior cleric of the seminary.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor tied the knot on October 16. The couple got their marriage registered in Mumbai.

Although there were rumours that a nikaah was held, Kapoor’s close friend and fashion designer Manish Malhotra had said that there was a simple exchange of vows between the two actors, who have been dating for five years.

On December 6th of 1992 in Ayodhya , by demolishing the ”ILLEGAL” and “DISPUTED” Babri Structure , We Karsewak’s have reclaimed our rightful Holy place, Sri Ram Janma Bhoomi, Lord Rama’s Holy Birth Place. Since then  6th December  is celebrated as ‘Vijay’/’Shourya’ Diwas – ‘Victory Day’ or ‘Valour Day’ by Hindu’s all over the Globe. But after 20 years that VIJAY is still incomplete and it may termed as an ‘Ardha Vijay Diwas’  as it is a Victory in a half done condition.

Hindus won a big litigation in the Mandir-Masjid land dispute, but the controversy is still being kept alive by some followers of Babar who destroyed a magnificent Rama Temple by his commander Mir Banki in 1528 to make that disputed structure to humiliate the Hindus in many ways. Through a series of war over 450 years the followers of Lord Rama clearly knocked down the followers of Babar  in 1992. But, the pseudo secular politicians with Islamic, Christian and Communist faith are putting many hurdles to build a magnificent Ram Temple at Ayodhya.  Not only that, many holy places of Hindu Faith are waiting for the liberation from the plunderers’ Jihadi signs amidst its bloody history of Bharat in Islamic or Christian rules.

The crisis in the Hindu leadership and treating the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Movement as an used or less important issue, did a great harm to the resurgence of Hindu Rashtra Movement in India.  Actually, Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Movement was activated as to rise a Hindu Wave to build up a meaningful management of a Hindu Rashtra in Bharat with Hindu Empowerment in all dimension. But that ethos are now somehow skipped by the political power monger Hindu Leadership always searching a short-cut to reach the goal.

I am not contradicting the Political power to be captured by the Hindus. But that cannot be first priority before making the foundation work so strength-fully. Horses should pull the chariot. Chariot cannot pull the horses. If we don’t possess that strong foundation or well trained horses to that Hindu Chariot, never can we reach that goal of Hindu Rashtra or Ram Janmabhoomi Temple at Ayodhya as a highest symbol of it.

So, the Hindu empowerment in all the social and economical faculty, Hindu empowerment in Judiciary and Administration,  Hindu empowerment in Police and Military, Hindu Exploration in Science and Technology  are needed as the horse-power to the Hindu Chariot leading to the goal of Hindu Rashtra. But, politics need a Hindu enforcement here instead of empowerment, so that the Indian Politics cannot be a subject of any Jihadi, Evangelical or Communist powers likely venture a stabbing on Indian Independence, Integrity and Sovereignty.

If we wish to see our Holy places  and signs of pride rebuilt once again to the glory as it were, we have to sacrifice more. With out spontaneous support from every sphere of Hindu Life such a big Hindutva movement cannot be helpful to reclaim our Holy places  or one and only Hindu Rashtra in Bharat for a billion of Hindus in the world. With the spirit of December 6 1992 , let us march together for re-establishing of a Hindu Rashtra in Bharat to become a Vishwa Guru and a Real World Power.

In this context I have three suggestions to make our movement successful.

One. Real Unity in Hindu Leadership. Hindus are divided as the Hindu Leadership is divided. If there is a real unity in Hindu Leadership, Hindus will be united in a moment. Respect to others and political dissolutions are the important factors here.

Two. Issue based joint strategy.  Many issues before the Hindus put Hindus in an issue-less confronting situation. Common and Commanding issues can put forth maximum Hindu success. Go-Ganga Raksha. Hindu’s highest sentiment over Go-hatya (Cow-slaughter) and Ganga Raksha to save the environment as habitable, must come to the priority.  Dharmasthan Raksha. Reclaiming Rama Janmabhoomi. Mathura Krishna Janmasthan and Kashi Vishwanath Jirnoddhar comes most important, but 100s of Bhagya Lakshmi Temples at Charminar or Bhojpal Temples are shrines are to be liberated through consistent movements. As the whole of Bharat is treated as Matru Bhoomi and Dharma Bhoomi, it should be liberated from anti Hindu force. Nari Raksha-Samaj Raksha. War front must be opened to fight against Love Jihad and Christian Conversion. With these issues Bharat must speak in a word, think in a way and win over the opponents of Hindutva.

Three: Local leadership for Hindu empowerment.  Just make a group of Ten to Fifteen boys (your friends) in your para (locality) and take a vow not to face any defeat from the opposition. Be Strategic. Powerful and then Successful. Self Defence and Arms Training is must. Keep keen vigil to stop Jihadi Terrorism. Take the help of RTI and HR in possible cases. Try to maintain a liaison with local PS. Gradually expand your group and set specific responsibilities in some smaller efficient groups. IT/Social Media Groups, Legal Cell, RTI Cell, Human Rights Cell, Fund Rising, Co-operatives, Hindu Help Line, all these will come up one after another, but all these should be saturated by the Pure Hindutva Concept. Without a dedicated, diligent and desperate Local Hindu Leadership, nothing can be achieved.

This is a matter of  strength out of profound Hindu faith.  We have to show the world about the power of Hindu Dharma. Hindu Dharma will defeat the Jihadi Terrorism, Christian Conversions and pseudo Secular Politics. Let everybody inform to join the Hindutva movements and find the solutions how to stop attacks on Hindu Dharma and how to win in the war for formation of Hindu Rashtra.

20 years have already gone after hearing the assurance one after another.  But now, we cannot wait for an indefinite time to establish a Ramajanmabhoomi Temple at Ayodhya. I think Hindu Groups in many fronts are getting reactive day by day through facing various Political, Islamic and Evangelical hazards. Proactive Hindus have set their alternative ways out of any big banners to run a struggle for Hindu Freedom to usher a New Hindu Age in Bharat Bhoomi. Big Hindu houses will be compelled to compensate for the real Hindu demands under pressure. In that calculation we will build a Sri Ram Temple in Ayodhya in 2015 and a Dharma Rashtra – Hindu Rashtra in Bharat in 2025. Swagatam. welcome to this Hindu Rashtra.

Upananda Brahmachari | Raniganj | Ist May 2013:: Under the series of Rape Jihad, originated from Ayesha syndrome (including Mufa’ Khathat), two Islamic beasts named Mohammad Rajat Khan and Mohammad Kaliya Sheikh virtually raped one Hindu girl student of sixth standard on broad day light on Monday near Sasthigoria park in Ranigang Municipality, in the district of Burdwan, West Bengal.

As a spark of retaliation against the police inaction for an allegedly gang-rape on a minor student on her way back from school, the situation turned as a violent protest by the Hindu locals who set three vehicles on fire and damaged at least 30 others, including one belonging to the police, demanding that two Muslim youths who were allegedly involved in the crime of rape be handed to them.

Asansol-Durgapur Police Commissioner Ajay Nanda said police had to resort to lathicharge as the huge contingent of personnel and RAF that rushed to the site at Sasthigoria could not contain the situation. It is told that the two Muslim rapists were arrested afterwards.

A police driver was injured in the violence, he said, adding eight people were arrested in connection with this and police picket was posted in the area in view of the tension betwwen Hindus and Muslims.

Protesters set vehicles on fire in protest to rape upon Hindu Minor girl students of sixth standard, by two genuine Muslim rapists. 

Trouble started when the Hindu girl studying in class six of nearby school named ‘Basanti Devi Valika Vidyalaya’ was allegedly taken to a nearby solitary bushy place beside Sasthigoria Park and raped by two Muslim beasts, Rajat (this Muslim miscreant took an common Hindu name to hide his Islamic identity when doing a menace)  and Kaliya, while the minor girl  was on her way back from school  at about 2 pm on 29th April. The girl reported the incident of molestation and rape to her family after her return to her residence at Purba College Para – Haspatalpatti area.

As per report, the Muslim rapists gave sedatives in drinks to that girl before that planned rape. Following this, the family of the victim Hindu minor girl and its neighbours went to the local police station to file a complaint at about 8 pm, which the police allegedly refused to register any case as the culprits were believed to be related to the ruling political party. They then blockaded Tarbangla Crossing on NH 60 from 11 pm to 3 am yesterday (30 April) in protest and stopped only after that the two men were arrested today.

However, locals and the girl’s family along with parents of other students indulged in violence on the highway demanding that the two be handed over to them or be given exemplary punishment. They also protested against alleged police inaction rather giving safe-guards to the Muslim rapists.

The girl underwent medical tests during the day, Police Commissioner Nanda added. The locality is still under tension. Hindu Youths of the locality made some contingent force to combat such Rape Jihad or Love Jihad against Hindu girls.

It is lastly reported that the local Muslim MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly),  Soharab Ali of Trinamool Congress (TMC) is fully trying to rescue the Muslim rapists as they belong to the same belief of barbaric Islam.

Sentinel Correspondent | Silchar | 28 April 2014:: The Police today detained Jacky Zakir, the second husband of the controversial MLA from Borkhola Dr Rumi Nath based on her complaint against him.

The sources said that Dr Rumi Nath filed a complaint with Silchar Sadar police station against her husband Jacky Zakir today, alleging that she has been harassed both mentally and physically by her husband. Based on the complaint, Silchar Police detained Jacky Zakir from Mashimpur in Cachar district.

It can be recollected here that Rumi Nath secretly married Jacky Zakir on April 13 by embracing Islam (her Islamic name was Rabiya Sultana ~ Editor, Hindu Existence. )  without divorcing her first husband Rakesh Kumar Singh. After refusing of her marriage for many days, on May, 2012, Borkhola MLA Rumi Nath dramatically confessed to her second marriage with Jacky Zakir and after which a sensation sparked in the entire valley. The people came out to the streets and condemned her act. Her effigies were burnt across the valley.

Moreover, on May 13, 2012, she visited the historic Hindu temple of Nrimata in her constituency with her first husband Rakesh Singh and their two–year–old baby Hriddhi on her lap to offer prayers to the God and the Goddess, concealing her conversion and marriage. When the electorates came to know about it, they accused her of defiling the temple and hurting the religious sentiments and feelings of Hindus.

After that, on June 29, when Rumi and Jacky went to Karimganj and decided to stay in a hotel, a strong mob soon gathered outside. Many of them made their entry inside and broke open the door of the room where both were taking rest after dinner. Both Rumi and Jacky became the target of mob fury. Rumi and Jacky was beaten, thrashed and battered. The blows and kicks that followed from the infuriated people caused severe injuries to them. Rumi Nath by then had fainted.

All their prayers to the mob failed to pacify them. All this went on for long 45 minutes. Later, Rumi was admitted to Silchar Medical College and Hospital for the treatment and then she was taken to Guwahati for the better treatment. The Rumi–Jacky episode became the centre stage of discussions for almost three months. Dr Rumi Nath was first elected to the Assembly in 2006 on a BJP ticket from Borkhola and later joined the Congress and retained the seat for the second consecutive term in 2011.

Dr Rumi Nath, the  Hindu MLA of Congress Party from Barkhola,  married at first with a Hindu physicians from Uttar Pradesh, named Rakesh Kumar Singh. Out of that relation they gave birth a girl child named ‘Riddhi’. After fallen in the facebook trap of  Abu Sayed Mohammad Zakir Hussain alias Jacky Zakir, a unemployed Muslim young man, Rumi fled with that Love Jihadist leaving her husband and daughter in a very critical spell. The entire matter was  promoted and supported by the influential Minister of Assam, Siddique Ahmed who helped Zakir to marry  Rumi Nath according to the Islamic faith . Rumi was converted then as Rabiya Sultana. At one point Rabiya and Zakir fled to Bangladesh violating rules and regulations.

After marriage Zakir started torture to his wife Rumi alias Rabiya . Economically dependent on her,  Zakir started forcing her wife to get huge money to run his lavish life. Rumi tried all her best to her husband by arranging opportunities for him to join Bollywood film industries as co actor. But it was not preferable for Zakir except finding new targets like Rumi. Every night Zakir used to return home after drinking liquor and started beating his wife mercilessly. On  April 7 night, a highly intoxicated Zakir demanded a car and 15 lakh rupees in cash from Rumi. Zakir started ultimate torture upon Rumi as she disagreed to fulfill the demand of Zakir. Zakir tried to murder Rumi after binding her hands and legs. According to Rumi, she rescued herself per chance. On the very next day, Rumi lodged a compliant in the police station with the marks of severe torture  in her body .

On the basis of  compliant of Dr Rumi Nath alias Rabiya Sultana in the matter of physical and psychological torture upon her, Police of Arunachal PS  arrested her 2nd husband Jacky Zakir from Shalchapra of Kachar district on 28 April.  Zakir was brought in to the custody of Silchar Sadar police. Police started case against Zakir under  the sections of 457, 34, 331, 364, 384 and 307 of of Indian Penal Code.

Sayed Mohammad Zakir Hussain alias Jacky Zakir denied all the allegations and declared himself as a devout Muslim and he can do anything under the only dictum of Quran, but nothing beyond!   

मोदी 10 बार भी पीएम बन जाएं नहीं हटा पाएंगे

जम्‍मू-कश्‍मीर के पूर्व मुख्‍यमंत्री फारूख अब्‍दुल्‍ला ने प्रदेश को विशेष राज्‍य का दर्जा देने वाले अनुच्‍छेद-370 पर हो रही राजनीति को हवा दे दी है. फारूख ने मोदी और बीजेपी के बयानों पर जवाब देते हुए कहा है कि नरेंद्र मोदी 10 बार भी देश के प्रधानमंत्री बन जाएं तो भी वह 370 नहीं हटा पाएंगे.

इससे पूर्व रविवार को जम्‍मू रैली के दौरान नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा था कि जम्मू-कश्मीर को विशेष दर्जा देने वाले अनुच्छेद-370 से राज्य को फायदा हुआ या नहीं इस पर चर्चा होनी चाहिए. बीजेपी अध्यक्ष राजनाथ सिंह भी कह चुके हैं कि अगर अनुच्छेद-370 लाभदायक साबित हुआ तब उनकी पार्टी इसका समर्थन करेगी. मोदी की टिप्पणी को 370 को रद्द करने पर बीजेपी के रुख में नरमी के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है. वहीं, मामले को लेकर फारूख अब्‍दुल्‍ला ने कहा, 'मोदी अपनी मर्जी से बोलते हैं. बीजेपी ने अब तक इस संबंध में कोई चर्चा नहीं की है. वह जिन चर्चाओं की बात कर रहे हैं वह सिर्फ लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाने के लिए कहा जा रहा है.'

मोदी पहले पार्टी और संघ में चर्चा कर लें: दिग्विजय
सोमवार को दिनभर विभिन्‍न दलों और विचारों से जुड़े लोगों ने 370 के मुद्दे पर बयानबाजी की. कांग्रेस के वरिष्‍ठ नेता दिग्विजय सिंह ने कहा, 'मैं मोदी को गंभीरता से नहीं लेता. उन्‍हें पहले अपनी पार्टी और संघ से इस बारे में चर्चा कर लेनी चाहिए. अनुच्‍छेद पर हमारा मत स्‍प्‍ष्‍ट है कि इस पर कोई भी कानून संसद में ही बन सकता है.' दिग्विजय सिंह ने आगे कहा, 'हमें उम्‍मीद है कि हम जल्‍द ही इस मामले को सुलझा लेंगे. इस पर कैबिनेट में चर्चा की जाएगी. तेलंगाना मामला भी लगभग समाप्ति पर है.'

भाजपा अनुच्छेद 370 पर पलट रही है: तिवारी
सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री मनीष तिवारी ने बीजेपी पर अपने रूख से पलटने का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि विपक्षी पार्टी ने 2004 के लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए जारी किए दृष्टिपत्र में अनुच्छेद 370 को खत्म करने का कोई जिक्र नहीं किया था. इसमें इसके अस्तित्व को मान्यता दी गई थी. वहीं, 2013 में वे दोहरा मानदंड अपनाना चाहते हैं. उन्होंने ट्विटर पर लिखा है कि क्या 370 पर पलट जाना वाजपेयी जी और आडवाणी जी की विरासत में ताबूत की आखिरी कील है? वेंकैया जी, जिन्होंने दृष्टिपत्र पर हस्ताक्षर किया था उन्हें इस यूटर्न पर स्पष्टीकरण देना चाहिए.

देश में दो संविधान नहीं हो सकते: विहिप
मोदी द्वारा बीजेपी के रुख को नरम करने के प्रयासों को परोक्ष रूप से अस्वीकार करते हुए विहिप ने जोर दिया कि एक देश में दो संविधान नहीं हो सकते. विहिप के अंतरराष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष प्रवीण तोगड़िया ने कहा कि अनुच्छेद 370 जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य को अपना अलग संविधान रखने की अनुमति देता है. यह भारत के अंदर एक अलग देश होने की धारणा के समान है. इसे किसी भी कीमत पर स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता और इस अनुच्छेद को हटाया जाना चाहिए.

370 पर रूबरू हो बहस करें मोदी: सोज
अनुच्छेद 370 को 'संविधान का अभिन्न' अंग बताते हुए जम्मू-कश्मीर कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष सैफुद्दीन सोज ने आज कहा कि इसमें संशोधन नहीं हो सकता. उन्होंने नरेन्द्र मोदी को इस मुद्दे पर उनसे रूबरू होकर बहस करने की भी चुनौती दी है.

पनून कश्मीर ने किया मोदी का समर्थन किया
दूसरी ओर, विस्थापित कश्मीरी पंडितों के संगठन पनून कश्मीर ने अनुच्छेद 370 पर बहस कराने के नरेन्द्र मोदी के सुझाव का समर्थन किया है. पनून कश्मीर के अध्यक्ष अश्वनी चरूंगू ने सोमवार को कहा, 'हमारे संगठन के राजनीतिक मामलों की समिति ने अनुच्छेद 370 पर बहस को लेकर मोदी के बयान का स्वागत किया है. हम इसकी कड़ी वकालत करते हैं.' चरूंगू ने कहा कि यह स्पष्ट करने की जरूरत है कि अनुच्छेद 370 भारत के संविधान में अस्थाई प्रावधान है जिसे कभी भी स्थाई कानून नहीं बनाया जाना था.

Details of the event:

-Sansrod is a village in Karjan taluka of Vadodara district in central Gujarat. It is located next to national highway no.8. This Muslim dominated village has around 10,000 population. Village sarpanch is Muslim.

-On Id-Ul-Zuha(Bakr Eid) day (Wednesday, 16th October 2013) Shinor police’s ASI Bhupendrasinh Gumansinh was in Karjan where Karjan CPI(Circle Police Inspector) Vala received information about slaughter of cows. The information was passed on by wellknown local animal right activist Jatin Vyas.

-A team of police visited Sansrod to raid the place where slaughter was being carried out. When police team reached, two deadbodies of calves were lying there, photos of which are published in some Gujarati newspapers today.

-Four butchers were caught red-handed. Later police involved itself in panchnama procedure.

-According to head constable/driver Bhagvangiri Shankargiri, suddenly there was a voice like a siren from the mosque. Soon a large mob of over 200 Muslims gathered there. Some of them were possessing sharp weapons.

-Bhupendrasinh was attacked with sharp weapon on his chest and back, and was also beaten up with bamboo stick.

-Other police men were injured in heavy stone pelting.

-PSI Sagar fired two rounds in air. 22 tear gas shells were lobbed.

-Muslims snatched PSI Sagar’s revolver and threw it to rain water channel. A JCB excavator machine was employed on urgent basis to recover revolver. After hours of efforts, revolver was found out.

-Police men FD Solanki, Rajendrasinh Lallubhai and Jesingbhai and Vanraj Bharwad ran away and had shelter in one house owned by local Hindu Vasantbhai Bhatt. Muslims surrounded the house from all sides and refused policemen to allow to leave. This situation continued for three hours.

-District police chief and other senior police officials got the details of the incident and rushed to the village, but choose to camp outside the village at Hindustan Petroleum pump on national highway no.8. District Collector, DySP and others also rushed to the the petrol pump.

-One police man abducted by villagers escaped successfully. He managed to get basic medical treatment nearby and reached petrol pump.

-At petrol pump, District police chief called local Muslim leaders one-by-one to talk about release of abducted policemen.

-Local Muslim leaders Altaf Yakul Saleh, Sarpanch Abbasbhai Asodwala and Babu Bavla made condition that they would free the abducted cops only in exchange of release of four butchers arrested from the village. The DSP clearly told Muslims, “this is not Kashmir. If you wish to kill abducted policemen, go ahead, we will do what we need to do, but culprits will not be released.”

-After 12.00 the three police men were released and taken to petrol pump in police vehicle. They said they were not harmed during abduction.

-According to a report in local newspaper, 200 strong mob gathered to attack the police men only after an announcement from mosque. Women were kept on front side. Police was first attacked with chilly powder, and later with stones.

-Those arrested are Ismael Ahmed Limdawala, Harukh Mohammadhussain Bau Diwan, Abdul Ibrahim Limdawala, Mayuddin Umarji Ghanina.

-Muslims torched one police jeep.

-Muslim teenagers blocked a road connecting to the village by putting a tree and a bullock cart to prevent police’s entry.

-Police has filed complaint against a mob of 100-124 persons. More than 39 were identified within ours.

-All 100-125 are now facing charged under sections 307, 326, 395, 397, 353, 186, 332, 333, 224, 427, 428, 429, 435, 201.

नई दिल्ली। अप्रैल 7, 2013। छोटी-छोटी बातों पर संवैधानिक अधिकारों व मानवाधिकारों के उल्लंघन की दुहाई देने वाले राजनेता, मानवाधिकार वादी व समाज सेवी पता नहीं कहां चले जाते हैं जब हिन्दुओं के उत्पीडन व उनके मानवाधिकारों के गंभीर उल्लंघन की घटनाएं होती है। पाकिस्तान में मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथियों द्वारा हिन्दुओं के साथ कैसा बर्ताव किया जा रहा है यह किसी से छुपा नहीं है। विहिप दिल्ली के उपाध्यक्ष श्री महावीर प्रसाद गुप्ता ने आज कहा है कि पाकिस्तानी कट्टरपंथियों से अपना धर्म व जान बचाकर भारत में शरण लेने आए 480 हिन्दुओं की सहायता या नागरिक सुविधाओं की बात तो दूर केन्द्र या दिल्ली सरकार का कोई भी प्रतिनिधि आज तक जिहादी दरिंदों के सताए इन लोगों के हाल चाल तक पूछने नहीं पहुंचा है। शायद इसलिए कि वे हिन्दू हैं! और तो और, विश्व हिन्दू परिषद व दिल्ली की अन्य हिन्दू वादी संगठनों के अलावा, एक भी राजनेता, तथाकथित समाज सेवी या मानवाधिकार वादी संगठन उनके पास तक नहीं फटका है। वीसा की अवधि आज(8/4/13) को समाप्त होने जा रही है किन्तु कहीं से कोई राहत की खबर नहीं है।

विहिप दिल्ली के मीडिया प्रमुख श्री विनोद बंसल ने बताया कि पाकिस्तान से आए 480 हिन्दुओं के एक माह के वीसा की अवधि आज समाप्त होने जा रही है किन्तु किसी भी सरकारी या गैर सरकारी विभाग से कोई राहत की खबर नहीं है। इस सम्बन्ध में पिछले माह (मार्च) में ही भारत के राष्ट्रपति, प्रधान मंत्री, गृह मंत्री, विदेश मंत्री, कानून मंत्री, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल व मुख्यमंत्री के साथ सभी संबन्धित सरकारी विभागों सहित भारत व संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ के मानवाधिकार आयोगों को भी पत्र भेजा जा चुका है किन्तु आज तक किसी के पास न तो इन पाक पीडितों का दर्द सुनने की फ़ुर्सत है और न ही किसी ऐसी कार्यवाही की जो पाकिस्तानी दरिंदगी पर अंकुश लगा सके। इन 480 लोगों में से एक छ: माह की अबोध बालिका तो भारत आने के बाद गत तीन अप्रैल को इस दुनिया से विदा ले चुकी। अब इस जत्थे में सिर्फ़ 479 ही बचे हैं। यूं तो विश्व हिन्दू परिषद, बजरंग दल, हिन्दू महा सभा, हिन्दू सेना, शिव सेना, आर्य समाज इत्यादि संगठनों के कार्यकर्ता समाज सेवी श्री नाहर सिंह द्वारा बनाए गए पाक शरणार्थी शिविर में पीडितों की मदद के लिए लगे ही हैं किन्तु क्या किसी मानवाधिकार आयोग या सरकार का कोई प्रतिनिधि भी उन लोगों की आवाज को सुनेगा जिन्होंने देश छोडा लेकिन स्वधर्म नहीं छोडा। विश्व हिन्दू परिषद दक्षिणी दिल्ली के मंत्री श्री विजय गुप्ता ने हिन्दू समाज से अपील की है कि वे अखण्ड भारत के अपने जिगर के इन टुकडों की सहायता हेतु आगे आएं तथा इनकी रोजमर्रा की जरूरतों यथा भोजन, राशन, दवाइयां, बर्तन इत्यादि की पूर्ति हेतु 09212376123, 09210110863 या 09212126309 मोबाइल नम्बरों पर संपर्क करें या 16, अम्बेडकर कालोनी बिजवासन, नई दिल्ली-110 061 के पते पर भेजें

हिन्दू धर्म किसी व्यक्ति विशेष द्वारा स्थापित किया गया नहीं है। यह पुराने समय से चले आ रहे अलग-अलग मतों और आस्थाओं से मिलकर बना है। समय के साथ-साथ इस धर्म में ऐसे नए विश्वास और मत जुड़ते गए, जो समय की कसौटी पर खरे थे। इसलिए ही हिन्दू धर्म को एक विकासशील धर्म कहा जाता है। हिन्दू धर्म के मूल तत्वों में सत्य, अहिंसा, दया, क्षमा और दान मुख्य हैं और इन सबका विशेष महत्त्व है। इसलिए अपने मन, वचन और कर्म से हिंसा से दूर रहने वाले मनुष्य को हिन्दू कहा गया है। हिन्दू धर्म का इतिहास वेदकाल से भी पहले का माना गया है और वेदों की रचना 4500 ई।पू। शुरू हुई। हिन्दू इतिहास ग्रंथ महाभारत और पुराणों में मनु (जिसे धरती का पहला मानव कहा गया है) का उल्लेख किया गया है। पुराणों के अनुसार हिन्दू धर्म सृष्टि के साथ ही पैदा हुआ। पुराना और विशाल होने के चलते इसे ‘सनातन धर्म’ के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।

हिन्दू समाज गायत्री मंत्र को ईश्वर की आराधना के लिए सबसे बड़ा मंत्र मानता है जो इस प्रकार है- ॐ भूर्भुव: स्व: तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो न: प्रचोदयात् । (भावानुवाद) ओम् ईश अनादि अनंत हरे । जीवन का आधार स्वयंभू सबमें प्राण भरे । जिसका ध्यान दुखों को हरता दुख से स्वयं परे । विविध रूप जग में व्यापक प्रभु धारण सकल करे । जो उत्पन्न जगत को करके सब ऐश्वर्य भरे । शुद्ध स्वरूप ब्रह्म अविनाशी का मन वरण करे । दिव्य गुणों से आपूरित जो सुख का सृजन करे । वह जगदीश्वर बुद्धि हमारी प्रेरित सुपथ करे ।संसार में हिन्दू धर्म ही ऐसा है जो ईश्वर या परमात्मा को स्त्रीवाचक शब्दों जैसे सरस्वती माता, दुर्गा माता, काली मैया, लक्ष्मी माता से भी संबोधित करता है । वही हमारा पिता है, वही हमारी माता है (त्वमेव माता च पिता त्वमेव) । हम कहते हैं राधे-कृष्ण, सीता-राम अर्थात् स्त्रीवाचक शब्द का प्रयोग पहले । भारतभूमि भारतमाता है । पशुओं में भी गाय गो माता है किन्तु बैल पिता नहीं है । हिन्दुओं में ‘ओम् जय जगदीश हरे’ या ‘ॐ नम: शिवाय’ का जितना उद्घोष होता है उतना ही ‘जय माता की’ का भी । स्त्रीत्व को अत्यधिक आदर प्रदान करना हिन्दू जीवन पद्धति के महत्त्वपूर्ण मूल्यों में से एक है । कहा गया है :- यत्र नार्यस्तु पू..ब्रह्माण्ड का जो भी स्वरूप है वही ब्रह्म का रूप या शरीर है । वह अनादि है, अनन्त है । जैसे प्राण का शरीर में निवास है वैसे ही ब्रह्म का अपने शरीर या ब्रह्माण्ड में निवास है । वह कण-कण में व्याप्त है, अक्षर है, अविनाशी है, अगम है, अगोचर है, शाश्वत है । ब्रह्म के प्रकट होने के चार स्तर हैं - ब्रह्म, ईश्वर, हिरण्यगर्भ एवं विराट (विराज) । भौतिक संसार विराट है, बुद्धि का संसार हिरण्यगर्भ है, मन का संसार श्वर है तथा सर्वव्यापी चेतना का संसार ब्रह्म है । ‘सत्यं ज्ञानमनन्तं ब्रह्म’ अर्थात् ब्रह्म सत्य और अनन्त ज्ञान-स्वरूप है । इस विश्वातीत रूप में वह उपाधियों से रहित होकर निर्गुण ब्रह्म या परब्रह्म कह.

हिन्दू समाज गायत्री मंत्र को ईश्वर की आराधना के लिए सबसे बड़ा मंत्र मानता है जो इस प्रकार है- ॐ भूर्भुव: स्व: तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो न: प्रचोदयात् । (भावानुवाद) ओम् ईश अनादि अनंत हरे । जीवन का आधार स्वयंभू सबमें प्राण भरे । जिसका ध्यान दुखों को हरता दुख से स्वयं परे । विविध रूप जग में व्यापक प्रभु धारण सकल करे । जो उत्पन्न जगत को करके सब ऐश्वर्य भरे । शुद्ध स्वरूप ब्रह्म अविनाशी का मन वरण करे । दिव्य गुणों से आपूरित जो सुख का सृजन करे । वह जगदीश्वर बुद्धि हमारी प्रेरित सुपथ करे ।संसार में हिन्दू धर्म ही ऐसा है जो ईश्वर या परमात्मा को स्त्रीवाचक शब्दों जैसे सरस्वती माता, दुर्गा माता, काली मैया, लक्ष्मी माता से भी संबोधित करता है । वही हमारा पिता है, वही हमारी माता है (त्वमेव माता च पिता त्वमेव) । हम कहते हैं राधे-कृष्ण, सीता-राम अर्थात् स्त्रीवाचक शब्द का प्रयोग पहले । भारतभूमि भारतमाता है । पशुओं में भी गाय गो माता है किन्तु बैल पिता नहीं है । हिन्दुओं में ‘ओम् जय जगदीश हरे’ या ‘ॐ नम: शिवाय’ का जितना उद्घोष होता है उतना ही ‘जय माता की’ का भी । स्त्रीत्व को अत्यधिक आदर प्रदान करना हिन्दू जीवन पद्धति के महत्त्वपूर्ण मूल्यों में से एक है । कहा गया है :- यत्र नार्यस्तु पू..ब्रह्माण्ड का जो भी स्वरूप है वही ब्रह्म का रूप या शरीर है । वह अनादि है, अनन्त है । जैसे प्राण का शरीर में निवास है वैसे ही ब्रह्म का अपने शरीर या ब्रह्माण्ड में निवास है । वह कण-कण में व्याप्त है, अक्षर है, अविनाशी है, अगम है, अगोचर है, शाश्वत है । ब्रह्म के प्रकट होने के चार स्तर हैं - ब्रह्म, ईश्वर, हिरण्यगर्भ एवं विराट (विराज) । भौतिक संसार विराट है, बुद्धि का संसार हिरण्यगर्भ है, मन का संसार श्वर है तथा सर्वव्यापी चेतना का संसार ब्रह्म है । ‘सत्यं ज्ञानमनन्तं ब्रह्म’ अर्थात् ब्रह्म सत्य और अनन्त ज्ञान-स्वरूप है । इस विश्वातीत रूप में वह उपाधियों से रहित होकर निर्गुण ब्रह्म या परब्रह्म कह.
